A horror sequel that out-mixes its predecessor
- Funhouse hall-of-mirrors sequence places each reflection's whisper at a different speaker around the listener - Final cavern descent collapses the room to a low, sustained organic rumble before any creature cue lands - Set-piece pacing leaves stretches of dialogue-only scenes that the disc handles cleanly without overdubbed swells
