1. Using HDIS

By using HDIS you accept these Terms. If you disagree, do not use it. You must be at least 13. See our Privacy Policy for how we handle personal data.

2. Accounts and content

One account per person. You are responsible for your account and everything you post, including linked videos, and must have the necessary rights.

You keep ownership of your content. You grant HDIS a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, display, distribute and aggregate it on the service. Ratings and reviews are members' opinions.

3. Content rules and moderation

• No spam or off-topic solicitation.
• No harassment, threats, hate or discrimination.
• No impersonation, rights infringement or illegal content.
• No malicious code, phishing or other security threats.

We may remove content, issue strikes, suspend posting or terminate accounts for violations. Strikes can trigger automatic temporary or indefinite suspension. You may stop using HDIS or request account deletion through the Privacy Policy.

4. Intellectual property and affiliate links

Akira International LLC owns HDIS's code, design and branding. This product uses the TMDB API but is not endorsed or certified by TMDB.

5. Warranties and liability

HDIS is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties, including merchantability, fitness for purpose or non-infringement. We do not guarantee availability or accuracy.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Akira International LLC and its affiliates are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or lost profits or revenues. Total liability for claims relating to these Terms is limited to one hundred US dollars ($100).

6. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. You agree that any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in the State of Georgia.
