After months of planning, I'm finally starting my home theater project. This isn't the final setup—it's the beginning of a journey that I'll be documenting as I upgrade and fine-tune everything over time. For now, I've mounted the TV on the wall, added the media console, and positioned the front speakers to start testing the room. There's still plenty to do: cable management, dual subwoofers, surround and Atmos speakers, room treatment, and calibration are all on the list. I'm taking my time to build this the right way rather than rushing to the finish line. I'll be sharing each upgrade, what worked, what didn't, and my thoughts along the way.
