Lucy – Powerful Theater Sound
9.8 audio score out of 10Dolby TrueHD Atmos
sound was excellent in the theater. The bass was deep and powerful, and the surround effects made the action scenes very immersive. The dialogue was clear, and the sound effects worked really well with the music. Overall, a great theater sound experience.
"I'm Everywhere"
9.7 audio score out of 10Dolby TrueHD Atmos
So the movie just like Edge Of Tomorrow opens with some looooow thunderous bass when the I guess you would call it the Lucy theme? As it plays at least 3 times in the movie. Audio was crisp, clear, loud, nobody was having a whispering contest. In fact even when people did whisper i could hear them loud and clear no adjusting of settings needed even with my dog poop tier center channel. Something that was really cool was when Lucy takes over stuff and starts speaking to Morgan Freeman thru all his devices her voice comes out of every available speaker in your setup all at once so it sounds like shes everywhere, surrounding you. The action set pieces are great as well because you can hear the action as things pan from left and right on your screen or people firing weapons from off screen the sound design team did a great job of placing you the viewer INSIDE the action.
